SLOPEmeisteR offers a complete pop-up mobile bar service, including serving staff, perfect for wedding parties, private or business functions, ceilidhs, food & drink events, and beer festivals. Our bar can provide up to six craft beers of your choice, pouring ice cold all day and night, and serves our complete range of Scottish craft rums with ice, slice, and mixers of your choice. We can also include any beers, spirits, and mixers you prefer from our online beer shop.
We can work with you to brew bespoke one-off beers to a recipe you love or spice a rum to your preferred aroma and flavour profile. Additionally, we can personalise labels for bottling beer and rum for you and your guests, making unique and memorable wedding favours and gifts or prizes for special events and celebrations.
If your event requires a temporary licence for the sale of alcohol, then we need a minimum of 6 weeks' notice to handle the application process for you. If you're having a private event and wish to purchase a fixed volume of beer and spirits with the bar hire prior to your event, then no licence is required.

Our staff have Personal Licences and appropriate training for the sale of alcohol and for the application of Occasional Licences for your event.
We carry full Product & Public Liability Insurance.
Copies of certification and insurance will be provided prior to all events.
