Delivery & Returns

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We are now taking orders online through our website store for home delivery. All deliveries are made safely and mindful of any current national or local restrictions on physical distancing. We deliver to your doorstep, where we deliver to flats or apartments we require the customer to collect the delivery from the main external entrance door and our delivery personnel will not enter any building to complete a delivery. This is for your safety, our safety and for the safety of everyone in our communities. Please respect our delivery personnel they are trying their best to get you beer safely!


CONVENIENT DELIVERY – YOU CHOOSE WHEN


We currently deliver direct from the brewery ourselves to local customers. When placing an order online you choose your preferred day for delivery and after the order is complete we will text/email you available delivery slots for your preferred delivery day. Once you have confirmed your delivery slot your order will be dispatched and every effort made to deliver within the agreed time. If you are not available at agreed time of delivery your order we may contact you to arrange another delivery time or we may cancel your order if this is no longer convenient.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.


DELIVERY BOX INFORMATION


We offer free local delivery for every order within our free local delivery area highlighted on the product pages. For any orders outside the free delivery area contact us directly to arrange delivery and price at slopemeister@outlook.com.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES


Orders must be received by 7pm to be processed and delivered on the same day, subject to availability. Any item ordered after 7pm we will endeavour to include same day where this is logistically possible, otherwise these will be processed and arranged with you for an alternative delivery day. Delivery costs are free within the free delivery area indicated on the product pages, orders outside the free delivery area will be priced accordingly please make contact at slopemeister@outlook.com.


WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER 


Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from SLOPEmeisteR. Shortly after you will receive a text/email advising our available delivery slot times for you to confirm.

If you are not in when delivery is made we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or we will cancel the order if this is no longer convenient.

We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and our delivery personnel will request proof of age in the form of valid UK passport, UK driving licence or PASS ID card should they be in doubt of the recipients age.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS


To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

FAO SLOPEmeisteR Returns, Oak House, Airth Castle Estate, Airth, Falkirk FK2 8JF.

Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at slopemeister@outlook.com.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at slopemeister@outlook.com and we will either resend the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
