DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer delivery to the UK excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands, although we are working towards including delivery to these areas. You can place orders for delivery through our website shop.
At checkout you will be prompted to select the deliver option/cost appropriate for your order, customers are reminded to select the correct option for their postcode and order value. Where an incorrect delivery option is selected for your delivery address or order value your order will be placed on hold and we will make contact with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved we will refund your order. It's not complicated, it's pretty self-explanatory.

ORDER DEADLINES AND DELIVERY - FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We deliver local for free on Thursdays and Saturdays only between 4pm and 5pm direct from the brewery. Orders can be placed at anytime online but must be received before 12pm on a Thursday or Saturday if you wish these to be delivered on the same Thursday or Saturday, orders placed after 12pm on these days will be delivered on the following Thursday or Saturday according to your selection at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery times, sometimes things happen, but we will always keep in contact with you if there is any issue with your delivery.
ORDER DEADLINES AND DELIVERY - ALL OTHER DELIVERIES
Orders that are not on free local delivery are shipped via courier. Orders must be received before 12pm Monday to Friday if you wish these to be dispatched on the same day. Couriers collect from the brewery every afternoon so we require sufficient time to prepare all orders for pick-up time. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the Monday following. Delivery will be made before 4pm the next day including Saturday. We do not guarantee delivery times, sometimes things happen, but we will always keep in contact with you if there is any issue with a delivery.
RESTRICTIONS
We offer delivery to the UK excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands. Our couriers offer a next day delivery service including Saturday, provided you place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday, to all England and Wales postcodes, and to the following Scottish postcodes with some 2 day services listed below:

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from SLOPEmeisteR.
If you are not in when free local delivery is attempted we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or we will cancel the order if this is no longer convenient. We will always endeavour to get your delivery to you somehow, we know how frustrating it can be when a delivery just doesn't arrive and nobody contacts you to sot it out, it's bad crack and we don't do that. We will try our best for you.
If you are not in when our couriers attempts delivery the delivery driver will leave a calling card and/or you will receive a text message with options for your to rearrange delivery, please make these arrangements directly with our couriers as directed on the calling card/text message it's the quickest way for you to get you delivery.
You must be over 18 to access our website and online shop and you are required to confirm this before entry is permitted. You are responsible for taking receipt of your order at the point of delivery and you agree to not allow anyone under the age of 18 to accept delivery on your behalf. If, at the point of delivery there is doubt over the age of the recipient age verification may be requested in the form of a valid UK passport, UK Driving Licence or PASS card. Failure to provide suitable age verification will result in the cancellation of your order and no goods will be delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any beer, cider or spirit goods that you are not completely satisfied with, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us in the first instance at SLOPEmeisteR@outlook.com
If you are unsatisfied with goods received, you may return these to SLOPEmeisteR. You may return faulty merchandise goods for which SLOPEmeisteR will reimbursed reasonable costs to the customer for the return, provided an email describing detail of the fault including picture evidence is provided within 24 hours or receipt of the order and inspected returned goods found not to be faulty or damage as previously identified and described with photographs, otherwise refund will not be provided. You mt return merchandise items in their original packaging where possible and/or suitably packaged to ensure safety in transport and handling;

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at slopemeister@outlook.com if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page, alternative delivery options will be offered.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
