DELIVERY OPTIONS
You can place orders for delivery through our website shop. We offer delivery to UK Mainland addresses, excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands, although we are working towards including delivery to these areas.
No alcohol will be delivered before 10am or after 10pm on any given day.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local Delivery is a reduced rate delivery options only available for the following postcodes: FK1, FK2, FK3, FK4, FK5, FK6, FK7, FK8 1, FK8 2, FK9, FK10, FK11, FK12, FK13, FK14, FK15, KY12 8, EH49 & EH51. The option for reduced rate Local Delivery will be made available for you to select at checkout after you have entered a valid postcode. Local Delivery orders will be processed Monday to Saturday during working hours (9am to 5pm) and delivered within 1 to 4 days. We use third party couriers for most of our deliveries, however we may deliver direct from the brewery and distillery from time to time and at our sole discretion; the delivery charges remain the same. We do not guarantee delivery times, sometimes things happen, but we will always keep in contact with you if there is any issues with your delivery.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
UK Mainland delivery orders will be processed Monday to Saturday during working hours (9am to 5pm) and delivered within 1 to 4 working days. We do not guarantee delivery times, sometimes things happen, but we will always keep in contact with you if there are any issues with your delivery.
DROP BY TO PICKUP
You can select Drop By to Pickup your order at check out and selected your preferred date and time slot. We will make contact with you directly by text/email and confirm that your order is ready and the actual pickup date and time, please do not travel to the brewery and distillery until you have received this confirmation.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from SLOPEmeisteR. You will then receive notifications regarding your delivery by email/text advising the delivery date.
If you are not in when delivery is attempted then the delivery driver will leave a calling card and/or you will receive a text message with options for your to rearrange delivery, please make these arrangements as directed on the calling card/text message it's the quickest way for you to get you delivery.
You must be over 18 to access our website and online shop and you are required to confirm this before entry is permitted. You are responsible for taking receipt of your order at the point of delivery and you agree to not allow anyone under the age of 18 to accept delivery on your behalf. If, at the point of delivery there is doubt over the age of the recipient age verification will be requested in the form of a valid UK passport, UK Driving Licence or PASS card. Failure to provide suitable age verification will result in the cancellation of your order and no goods will be delivered. We operate a strict Challenge 25 age verification policy.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any goods that you are not completely satisfied with, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us in the first instance at SLOPEmeisteR@outlook.com
If you are unsatisfied with goods received, you may return these to SLOPEmeisteR. You may return faulty merchandise goods for which SLOPEmeisteR will reimbursed reasonable costs to the customer for the return, provided an email describing detail of the fault including picture evidence is provided within 24 hours or receipt of the order and inspected returned goods found not to be faulty or damage as previously identified and described with photographs, otherwise refund will not be provided. You mt return merchandise items in their original packaging where possible and/or suitably packaged to ensure safety in transport and handling;

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at slopemeister@outlook.com if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page, alternative delivery options will be offered.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
