We offer delivery to the UK excluding Northern Ireland and all offshore islands, although we are working towards including delivery to these areas. You can place orders for delivery through our website shop.
At checkout you will be prompted to select the deliver option/cost appropriate for your order, customers are reminded to select the correct option for their postcode and order value. Where an incorrect delivery option is selected for your delivery address or order value your order will be placed on hold and we will make contact with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved we will refund your order.

ORDER DEADLINES AND DELIVERY - FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
We deliver on Thursdays and Saturdays between 4pm and 5pm to local addresses direct from the brewery. Orders can be placed at anytime online but must be received before 12pm on a Thursday or Saturday if you wish these to be delivered on the same day, orders placed after 12pm on these days will be delivered on the following Thursday or Saturday according to your selection at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery times, sometimes things happen, but we will always keep in contact with you if there is any issue with a delivery.
ORDER DEADLINES AND DELIVERY - ALL OTHER DELIVERIES
Orders that are not on free local delivery are shipped via APC Overnight. Orders must be received before 12pm Monday to Friday if you wish these to be dispatched on the same day. APC Overnight collect from the brewery every afternoon so we require sufficient time to prepare all orders for pick-up time. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the Monday following. Delivery will be made before 4pm the next day including Saturday. We do not guarantee delivery times, sometimes things happen, but we will always keep in contact with you if there is any issue with a delivery.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from SLOPEmeisteR.
If you are not in when free local delivery is attempted we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or we will cancel the order if this is no longer convenient.
If you are not in when APC Overnight attempts delivery the delivery driver will leave a calling card and/or you will receive a text message with options for your to rearrange delivery, please make these arrangements directly with APV Overnight as directed on the calling card/text message.
You must be over 18 to access our website and online shop and you are required to confirm this before entry is permitted. You are responsible for taking receipt of your order at the point of delivery and you agree to not allow anyone under the age of 18 to accept delivery on your behalf. If, at the point of delivery there is doubt over the age of the recipient age verification may be requested in the form of a valid UK passport, UK Driving Licence or PASS card. Failure to provide suitable age verification will result in the cancellation of your order and no goods will be delivered.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at email@example.com.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either resend the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
